Where do you ship to?

We deliver within Germany and Austria.

Which shipping provider do you use?

All orders are shipped with DHL.

Orders

I have placed an order. When can I expect my package to be delivered?

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Mondays. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been processed.

Can I still change my order?

We have a fast processing procedure and strive to ship all packages as quickly as possible. Consequently, we are unable to adjust an order after it has been placed.

I received the wrong item?

We strive to process your order as carefully as possible, but mistakes can happen. If you received a different item than what you ordered, please send us an email to onlineshop@cottoncandy-fashion.de . Please clearly state your name and order number.

I ordered several items but haven't received all of them?

Occasionally, an ordered item turns out to be out of stock. You'll receive an email immediately, and we'll refund the item right away. So, before emailing us with questions about a missing item, check whether you've received an email from us about it and whether the refund has already been processed. If you haven't received an email and your order isn't complete, send an email to onlineshop@cottoncandy-fashion.de.

Can I change my address afterwards?

You can add an address in your account. When you complete your order, select the desired shipping address. Once the order is completed and paid for, it's no longer possible to change the address.

I would like to return my order. How do I do this?

If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days . Your order does not include a pre-printed DHL return label.

We charge €5.95 for returns from Germany and €16.95 for returns from Austria . This amount will be deducted from the refund amount if the return is accepted.

To receive a refund, you must submit a return request via the returns portal . There you can request the return slip and have the DHL label generated. Click here to access the portal. Note: Please include the return slip (an overview of returned items) in your package. This will help us process the return and refund more quickly.

The return must meet the following criteria:

  1. The fully completed return form you received with your order must be enclosed.
  2. The item is complete, unused, unworn and undamaged.
  3. The original labels are attached to the item.

I returned my order. When will I get my money back?

Once we receive your package, we will evaluate it and, if necessary, process it as a return. We will endeavor to transfer the purchase amount to your bank account or credit card as quickly as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
